How long does each therapy session last?

A standard therapy session is 50 minutes long, however due to the nature of the therapy, we suggest booking our 80 minute sessions. This duration allows ample time for deep discussion and reflection, ensuring that you can make meaningful progress in each session while having enough time to address your concerns and work towards your therapeutic goals.

Therapy at MindShift is flexible and tailored to your needs. Some people prefer occasional sessions during key life moments, while others benefit from regular weekly sessions over a few months. Typically, starting with 6 weekly sessions can lead to noticeable changes. After that, we can adjust the plan based on your progress, similar to a wellness routine that fits your life.
