I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), depending on what suits you best. As someone fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi, I also bring a culturally sensitive approach to my work, welcoming clients from all backgrounds.
