Nilani Kuhapalan

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Are you feeling overwhelmed by past experiences, grappling with intense emotions, or struggling to redefine your personal story? I’m Nilani Kuhapalan, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m here to support you through these challenges. With a background as a high school teacher, I have a unique understanding of the pressures faced by teens and preteens, particularly in navigating school issues and learning disabilities. I also specialize in women’s issues, recognizing the complex emotional and personal challenges women face at different stages of life. With a deep understanding of the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), I offer trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy.

In our sessions, we’ll collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique experiences and needs. My approach integrates multiple proven therapeutic techniques to help you manage difficult emotions, build resilience, and move forward with strength and clarity. I believe in addressing both your past and present, providing a holistic path toward healing and self-discovery.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Our sessions will focus on practical techniques that empower you to overcome challenges, heal from the past, and create a more fulfilling future. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with confidence and support.

If you’re ready to begin your journey of healing and growth, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we’ll take the first step toward creating the life you deserve.
